Value for money! Food is good and tastes more like home cooked food rather than restaurant made. The buffet has a smaller spread compared to other places but is good considering the price we paid. Would definitely visit again!
Edit 8.22: The quality and taste has significantly improved after it reopened. We just love the Thali they have and have already been there 3 times in the last 10 days. Definitely recommend

Visited after a long time and found the restaurant serving the same quality of food. The quality of food that without too much commercial angle , satisfies your taste buds. The food is to the point, tasty, good quantity for the cost and dare I say, it is to a point healthier than other restaurants.

I have gone to around 9 different Indian restaurants here in this area during my 1 month stay.
By far the best tasting south and North Indian food I have started in Georgia so far. I will
Be going back there as many time as possible. We had paneer biriyani , jackfruit biriyani. Chapati with bhindi Sanju and coffee till
Now. All all the dishes were great!!!

Awesome Chapati with Chole. Worth the wait to find a seat and then to get the dish served. I always love food at Amma's kitchen especially the south Indian options such a as sambar idly and vada, dosa varieties.
The Thali (South) is a steal deal as well.

2024 update: Ugadi special Thali.Located next to Hanuman mandir and Vivek flowers, this outlet is in an ideal location to attract Desi crowds. Open hours are limited, so check before you plan to visit. Though normal temple visit hours in evening you may find the outlet open. They are also on Doordash and Uber Eats.
Update on dine in: order, pay. Then they will call your table # and dish, collect and enjoy.
Menu choices are typical South Indian items. Over the counter, they have Indian Sweets and savories. I went for a takeout, so this review is about the same.
I ordered Mysore masala Disa (size is good, not so spicy, their sambar needs some improvements and few potatoes were big in filling) and masala dosa (similar to above, chutney was tasting better).
Enjoy light veg food after your Darshan.

Update 4/24/23: Since they revamped the interiors, this place has significantly improved. I had the thali today, and it was really yummy. Everything was fresh and simple, and I am grateful for having a restaurant where we can get simple home-style food. Can't wait to try more items!

2022 Update: Same great taste returns at same price when every other restaurant is increasing prices despite nowhere close to good taste. Glad to see this being reopened. Only thing that changed for good is seating with better comfort, and more space.
2018: Awsome home-style south indian food..pure veg. Regular lunch spot for nearby office folks.
